1: The Martialarm Introduction To Chow-Gar
Chow-Gar style is from Southern China. It was founded by Chow Lung, who learned hung-gar, one of the five basic southern systems originating in the Shao-lin temple.

2: Goju Ryu Karate History
Miyagi taught karate at an Okinawa police training school, in a Naha public business school, an Okinawa Shihan school and an Okinawa health centre. In the Showa era 4 (1929), Miyagi was invited by a karate club in Kyoto University and by the Kansai University, to become an advising teacher. He was then invited to teach permanently as a Shihan by the Ritsumeikan University. Over time Miyagi spread his methods throughout Japan and took the initiative of Goju-Ryu.

3: Wing Chun Kung Fu History
Of all the Chinese martial arts, it is Wing Chun that has perhaps the most interesting (and romanticised) history, given that the style was developed by a woman. Wing Chun is a southern style of Kung Fu that emphasises self-defence without wasted movements. Most every technique serves as both a defence and an attack, with simultaneous attack and defence multiple straight-line strikes at close range, rapid hand techniques and low kicks.
